So, I like to find and write about good deals through the internet. This whole site is about finding things that are worth our time. Sales are always good, right? Right! But free is better, no question! And now, I will go you one better. Free TV…that you get paid to watch! Yes. Get Paid to watch TV. Not even kidding a little bit! This is awesome for even more reasons than that!!!! Let me explain…
But first, I will say it again! Get Paid to Watch TV? Yes, absolutely! Instead of paying out big money to the cable company, chillax at home and get paid!
There is a brand new app out there that you can use on your phones or tablets, whether you have an iPhone or an Android Operating system. (I have a Motorola and it works great!) Or you can go to the BlendTV website and watch it on your PC, or stream to your TV. It works with Firesticks and Roku as well.
I got the chance to preview it as a part of this marketing group I blog with (best job ever, let me know if you are looking!) It is now officially launched, so you can take advantage of it, too!
So, here is the paid part. There is a brand new payment exchange out, affiliated with PayPal, so you know you can trust it! It is called Tipping Circle. With Tipping Circle you can get points for–yes, watching the BlendTv app, hot darn!
You can also earn points or rewards for donating to charities, referring friends and other things as well.
No way to lose, here! These points can be traded in for goods and services. And, FYI, if you are a business owner, you can sell merchandise here, as well. See this feature story for some details.
The Tipping Circle has its’ own app, also available on Google Play or the App store. This makes it really easy to connect on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media networks. And really easy to pay back your friends when they cover you for that unexpected night out! You can still pay with your phone, even if you ‘forgot your wallet’!
Just a note: on Google Play, it only came up after I searched all categories and spelled it as one word: Tippingcircle. So you don’t get frustrated, like I did, lol!
Even pay back your friends halfway around the world! Paypal is in 190 countries! So if you have a friend impacted by a crisis, you can send them a tip just from you, or open a tipping bucket to raise funds. It is the online version of ‘passing the hat for a good cause!’
For example, I just donated to a Tipping Bucket Raising Money for a bridge so school children in the Phillipines can go over the river and not through it to get to school. It is kind of sad that this Bridging Gaps Tipping Bucket has been open since 2017, and is only asking for $1000–but has only raised $524. These kids cross three rivers twice a day to get to and from elementary school!
Did I mention that there is no fee to exchange money with your friends? So, if you have friends or family in another country, you can send them money, and save even more because you don’t have ridiculous wire transfer fees!
Ok, so back to the free TV you tuned in for…I have a page with more specifics on the service itself, right here. It gives you details on channels and things. However, as a reminder, it still a young service, so more specific details are coming, and features are coming. I promise! This page and the link I just gave you, will all be updated as soon as I have more to tell you! Meanwhile, don’t forget to go to Tipping Circle and get ready to get paid!
