All Things Green (Safe Products)

You hear more and more talk these days about ‘going green,’ and using Green Products. And unless it is the sky during tornado weather, that is a good thing! (Ok, that last was according to the movie Twister, so got to be true, right? Love that movie!) We Know there are a lot more great ideas out there, so we are asking you to let us know things you have found that we can add to our All Things Green (Safe Products) Category to help our readers!

People used to think our resources were unlimited, but as populations have exploded, and so much consumed, or wasted, we now know that is not true. Did you know that when oil was first discovered, they burned off the natural gas, because there wasn’t a known use for it? So much gone before anyone knew what they had!

And I get so mad every time I go by a new housing or construction project where massive piles of trees are just burned, instead of being donated to poor or elderly people who could keep warm with it in the winter!

No, I am not a ‘tree-hugging fanatic,’ I just think we all need to be a little more mindful of what we use, and what we don’t! This ‘ All Things Green (Safe Products) Category is meant to help with that. If you have any ideas to add to it, please reach out!

Green Products have several related purposes.

First, they are better for the environment, which makes them better for our health. They also reduce the pollution we don’t want to have to clean up later! Therefore, in the long run, they save us money!

Solar Energy is a great place to start. Especially when you are planning to build or update your home. It has some initial cash investment, but it saves money on your power bills, and reduces pollution. It also reduces your reliance on power companies or the government. In what world is that bad?

I just wanted to share with you some things I have found that can help make us all greener. I would love to hear any ideas you have found, as well! As I find more, I will update this site, so be sure to check back often!

SolarStirlingPlant – The Most Powerful Way to Generate Solar Energy! This makes so much sense, and shows that Green Products benefit our pocketbooks, too!

I just watched a video on this product, the Solar Stirling Plant, which was actually invented originally for powering steam engines over a hundred years ago, by a man named Stirling.

Once completed, the Solar Stirling Plant is about the size of a big TV satellite Dish. You build it yourself with the step by step instructions in this guide. The materials run about a hundred bucks, but the savings on your power bill would pay you back on that within just a month or two!

What blew me away was the fact that it generates about 12 times the energy as most professionally installed Solar energy systems! For a fraction of the cost! And there is a 60 day money back guarantee on the guide, so if you buy it, you are risking nothing.

If you are a D.I.Y.er, you will love the clear instructions, complete with illustrations!  The cost is currently super low!  Plus there is BONUS info for creating a Solar Powered Water Heater. The reviews I read confirmed that it is Easier than I thought it would be! You can learn to Build your own Solar Plant Here.

Another way I found that still incorporates Solar can be found right here! If you can turn a screw driver, you can do this. The D.I.Y. Home Energy System is just another great way to get your family independent of corporations!

Save money on your electric bills and find safety and comfort in your own power! Pun intended!
