Today’s Promises Save Tomorrows!

I recently wrote a page about one of my products whose company supports Breast cancer awareness. And that is awesome! But I have one that is even better. And if you can look at this and not cry, I swear I do not know how! This charity, Today’s Promises, is one of the most worthy I have ever seen! It was founded by Rick Langley, who founded a company called MRVL, first.

Today's Promises

The company makes a wonderful elixer from the venom of the Carribean Blue Scorpion. The product itself is impressive, because it works on all kinds of pain, and there are major studies showing success in treating cancer, as well.

But what I wanted to share tonight is the amazing generosity of this man, who pledged to God that he would help take care of the children of this region….and he is!! He supports an orphanage, and has improved the lives of so many children already.

Tonight he announced to my marketing group, RRR247, that he is expanding that charity!! He pledges now to help resolve severe medical issues with the children of the Caribbean.

He told the story tonight of his car breaking down and going to a woman’s home for help. As a result, he met her child, a little boy with a severe mouth deformity, that has not allowed him to talk in many years. He discovered that he has been surviving on Cheetos and oatmeal, because there is very little that he can actually swallow.

Rick made it his latest mission to get this rectified, and through his hard work and generosity, this young boy is coming with his mother to the states shortly to have surgery. Nearly half a million dollars worth of surgery, they estimate!

The doctors will have to totally rebuild his face, and also teach him how to talk again. Can you imagine how this will change this child’s life? The fact is, it is probably saving it…because how can you survive and thrive on Cheetos?

If you want to learn more about this, or the orphanage, I invite you to go to Todayspromises.org. This surgery and medical intervention is just the first of many, and I really can’t think of a worthier cause!

Five percent of the proceeds from any of the MRVL products goes back to supporting Today’s Promises, so all these kids can have their tomorrows!! Besides the Blue Scorpion Elixer I mentioned earlier, there are skin creams and beauty products, as well, and you can get more info on these right here!
