Afterall this is how we used to do it! Now that we have such amazing technology available, it is a wonderful option to return to! Once we got beyond the basics of Reading, Writing, and Math, it did have some challenges in the past. But we have figured out the logistics!.

This unique program is designed to allow students a safer, more exciting way to learn. And also for teachers to actually enjoy teaching again! We know you got into this profession for your love of teaching and children, but modern times really get in the way of what you and our students need! With this unique platform, teachers can actually educate students from all over the world. In addition, teachers can directly affect their own earning potential. So if you are talking to parents who want to get their child in your class, you can help them remove any financial obstacles! Once you are approved with us, you will then get access to your backoffice (This is the FMS Vortex system). There you will have your own zoom link and training on how to set up your own YouTube channel.
We also need Tutors as well as Teachers for our online homeschool program!
We are looking for Quality Education, but we want teachers that have geniune enthusiasm and the ability to engage students. Use your own unique style to attract students and help them succeed in your subject!
You will create a video on your YouTube channel to introduce yourself, explain what subject(s) and grade(s) you teach and describe your unique methods you use to teach. Students and parents have the ability to view videos and attend classes with the the teach they most resonate with, so your ability to appeal to them determines your pay. This is where you let your style and personality shine! We believe students are going to learn better with teachers who interest them and can connect. So your video is your first chance to attract students to you. The more you can connect with, the more you can earn.
Teachers will be their own brand, and we will help you get EXPOSURE. So, we can help you get students to teach, and of course, compensation!
Teachers get paid as follows:
I know you want to know about your pay! Well, you will be an Independent Contractor, your pay is essentially determined by you, but it can be exceptional! You can make as much as you want, basically. Each class can max out at 500 students, and if you teach multiple grades and/or subjects, your Compensation is only hindered by your ability to draw students to you.
Below is the pay structure set up for the online teachers program:
When a Student Accesses your Class, $.50 is Credited to the Teacher’s Wallet. So if you are teaching 100 students in a session, it is $50 for that Session. 500 would be $250.00. The Maximum we allow is 500. Any more would not be allowed in that session, but they could attend other sessions with you. For that session, they would need to go to a different Class or Teacher.
Students in Grades 1 through 8 can attend up to 5 Classes Daily.
And Students in Grades 9-12 are able to Attend up to 6 Classes Daily.
We have created our online education program to be exceptional! Which means different from any other platform out there. We are looking for Compassionate, Enthusiastic Teachers and Tutors. Someone just looking to make a paycheck or who does not have a true passion for teaching children will not succeed here. Highly educated and many years of experience are great, but they are only going to help in this environment if they are coupled with a passion to teach!
Although we have Marketing to attract students and parents to the program, whether they join your class or not is completely up to you! If you are not exceptional, you will not make the money you want to make! This, again, is where your personality needs to shine. And it is ok to break out the goofy hats or whatever. You have no restrictions on how you run your class, as long as it is done ethically, with the best interests of your students.
Remember, Teachers get paid per student not per class.

Need a 4-year degree in Education.
We love Experience in the teaching field, but new College graduates are encouraged to apply! And for you retired teachers that miss it but not the hallowed halls….Please apply as well!
You Must really love to teach and have something special to offer! If you are burned out, and just looking for a paycheck, this is not for you. You must be dedicated and be able to commit to the program, and have the willingness to set a higher standard of education than traditional school systems. You must be above reproach.
After you are approved, you will need to join the FMS Vortex, which is Through DTCA. This is where you will get paid, and if you are interested, you are welcome to promote any offers DTCA has as an affiliate-which is another great way to get paid! You will be able to access the teaching platform and promote it to friends and family, and advertise yourself, and also will have access to all inside programs as well. You have the opportunity to build a huge customer base or even teams in the United States and Globally. The choice is yours. You will be an independent contractor, working for yourself, and your earning potential in this program is virtually limitless. Your zoom classroom fees will be covered upon signup.
You can also work from anywhere you have a reliable internet connection to run your classes! You could be a digital nomad! I just learned that term today, and am loving the idea! People are getting special work Visas for working online, with proof, and able to go to other countries for extended stays! And I just saw an ad for Cruise lines where you can live onboard ship year round and work online as well. Technology is amazing! Did I just say that Teachers can get Paid while exploring other countries for an extended time? I believe I did!
As mentioned above, you will need to create a YouTube channel and video showcasing your unique qualifications, and talents, that serves as an introduction to your potential students and their families. (Training will be provided.)
