The Fat Burning Kitchen is Currently Free

I know I said I would look for deals at great prices…But it is not too often you get deals for free! I was just reading about this book and came across a promotion to get The Fat Burning Kitchen for Free. I had first seen the price dropped to $39.99, which was pretty fair, but free is better!

This book was written by Mike Geary, aka ‘The Nutrition Watchdog’
Certified Nutrition Specialist. He is a Best-Selling Author, and wrote this in conjunction with Catherine Ebeling, Nutrition Researcher. He also wrote The Truth About Six Pack Abs, which you may be familiar with. I spent about 20 minutes going through testimonials on that site, and I saw some dating back to 2006, so I think it is safe to say this guy has some experience! AND knows what he is talking about!!

Mike Geary has been around a while and has clearly helped many people improve their health and appearance. Not to mention their self-esteem, judging by what people from all over the world have written to him! I won’t reprint any of those here, but just click any link and you can read them for yourself.

Another work you might have read or seen advertised is The Top 101 Foods that Fight Aging.

Mike Geary says on his site “According to a Physicians Health Study, 40% of the 19,000 doctors were overweight and 23% were obese.” He brings up a very valid point that if our doctors are overweight, do we really trust them to help us lose weight and be healthy?

Why get The Fat Burning Kitchen? Doctors will tell you that doctors get very little actual nutrition training. 

So unless a doctor has gone the extra mile to get self-educated, you might do well to look for experts on this particular subject elsewhere. I think The Fat Burning Kitchen is a good place to start. Especially when you can get it just for the cost of shipping, which is currently $6.95.

For that  $6.95 you learn which foods are actually destroying your health…literally causing holes in your intestines…known as ‘Leaky Gut’ syndrome, and causing immediate damage to your arteries. Research now shows that when the barriers of your intestines or your digestive system are compromised, and allow more in that what is actually supposed to be absorbed by your body, all kinds of health issues are created.

The best thing is not to let this damage occur, to begin with, but most of us did it with the best of intentions, eating so-called ‘healthy foods.’

Now, some things in this book you might have already learned. Like most commercial yogurts are worthless as a health food. He will show you which ones are actually good to eat. And if you have ever researched Atkins weight loss or some of the other programs, you might have read that whole milk is actually better for you than skim. I like that Mike explains why. Some of the other things he explains are:

If your body is working right, it becomes balanced, and this does not need to be an issue. If counting calories worked, I think I would be wearing a bikini right now, lol. But I know (NOW) that it is not enough to say ‘stay under 1500 calories, or whatever.

For example, you could eat 1500 calories in Twinkies and, while you didn’t eat all that much (volume-wise), you are still hungry, probably sick, and your body is struggling to clean up your mess…so, it is not going to effectively shed weight. On the other hand, you could eat 1500 calories in fruits and veggies, and be stuffed to the gills.

So you feel full, your body just got loaded up with all kinds of nutrients that it needs to work properly, and your body can start to process fat for energy, and release it off your body.
