Good Grief, when I found this one, I couldn’t believe it! Whether you are trying to eat a traditional type diet with balanced meals, or have gone Paleo, or Keto, or even Atkins, this meal delivery service has got you covered!!!! Fresh Meals delivered, tailored to what works for you. How can you lose?
I could not believe the variety they have. Bison burgers, Margarita Breakfast Pizza, or if you are Vegan, you are all set, too! Tomato and Asparagas Vegan Quiche. These are fresh meals anyone can enjoy!
I am not Vegan, but I see some awesome veggie dishes to try! This company doesn’t just automatically plan your menu for you, like some services do. Although they will if you prefer. If not, you can choose what you want each week.
This takes so much frustration out of trying to think of what to have for dinner! My husband and I are both working seven days a week right now, so getting fresh meals delivered to us is an awesome solution!
They also have a body builder’s menu, though not as much variety there. Heavy on the proteins. This would work for Atkins followers, at least for the initial phase, which they call Induction. Or you could incorporate it in with your Keto diet, too. I am really quite impressed, because I see so much more on this website than I saw on the other most well known ones! Check them out here!
If you wonder what the difference between Ketogenic diet and Atkins diet, is… well to put it very simply: The Ketogenic diet is mostly fat intake, but does not restrict protein. The Atkins diet is mostly protein intake, but does not restrict Fat. Both restrict carbohydrates such as sugar and flour, and starchy foods like potatoes and rice. If you Do happen to be following a Ketogenic diet, check out this page for some great products to support you. I have tried them and they work great, as well as taste awesome!
Now, they are a little pricey, in some respects. The minimum plan is 6 meals a week. However, if you do 4 weeks they currently have 10% off. As well as if you do the 10 or 14 meals a week plan, the price per meal goes down. I am thinking the 10 meal plan, as that will take care of lunch and dinner for me, or dinner for both my husband and me.
If I factor in the time and gas saved in grocery shopping, as well as the variety and quality of the food, the price looks better and better! I also see that you can buy bigger quantities for family meals, which would work when his daughter is with us. Oh, yes. That still gives us two days a week to cook ourselves, which we really enjoy, but don’t have much time for right now. So just enough to enjoy, but not stress over. Hmm..I like it!
