Are you like me? I love to go barefoot. In the house. Out in the yard with my dogs. On the beach. But I pay for it with dry, cracked heels. Especially in the winter, when we also have the heat on and the air is so dry.

I have made my own body washes and a couple of other products. I love my simple heel salve with Organic Coconut oil and organic, food-grade lavender essential oil.
