People who know me recognize that I am the bargain shopper from Heck. I never buy anything that is not on sale. Pretty much EVER. So, yes, I shop on line and compare prices, bring up multiple sites, and so on. I just found this new app that is a browser add on that does a lot of the work for you. It is called Honey, and you can check it out here!
So, if you are shopping on Amazon, it automatically checks to make sure another seller does not have it for a better price. It automatically tries coupon codes to find savings, too, and if there is a better price, it populates a price tag you click on to get the better price.
Even if it doesn’t find a better price with coupon codes, it gives you assurance that you already found the best price and don’t need to have buyer’s remorse later!
And, it does say that if you have Amazon Prime, it even works with that, as well, so a double way to save, since you get free shipping on Amazon Prime!
It works with something like 30 thousand sites and it even shows you codes that are stackable…in other words, things you can use more than one coupon on! Cool Deal!
I went to the website just now, and it shows you recent codes for popular stores and also you can ‘sync’ things you have on your Amazon list to the Honey Drop list and it will watch for you and notify you when the price drops.
If you want to get to the most out of your life, you definitely don’t want to waste your time having to comparison price! Especially on big ticket items! Where an 8% savings might not be much if the item is a dollar, but if it is $800 dollars and you save 8%, it really adds up!
Now, just a note, at the time of writing, there is a mobile version of Honey in the App Store for you Apple users, but the Android version is coming soon. I will have to remember to not shop from my phone until I get this app, so I hope they hurry! In the meantime, if you want some other apps that might make your life more convenient, or just provide some entertainment, I invite you to check this page on our menu.
